At Jupiter, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our policy below to understand your options.
● Eligibility
Refunds are only available for your first order placed with Jupiter.
● Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
● Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to strict quality and safety protocols. All products are considered final sale once they leave our warehouse and cannot be resold.
● Exceptions
Requests made after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unusual situations, such as products that arrive damaged or unusable. Supporting documentation, such as photographs, may be required.
● Subsequent Shipments
No refunds for subsequent orders, but you can reschedule, pause or cancel future shipments in your Jupiter Account.
● Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees, VAT, and duties are not refundable.
